    Description:

    As the Nurse Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of our community, ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents while fostering a warm and supportive environment for both residents and staff alike. With your nursing expertise and managerial finesse, you'll lead a team of dedicated caregivers to provide personalized care tailored to each resident's unique needs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    **Clinical Oversight:** Oversee all clinical aspects of resident care, including medication management, treatment plans, and assessments.

    **Staff Leadership:** Lead and inspire a team of caregivers, including nurses and aides, fostering a culture of compassion, teamwork, and excellence.

    **Resident Advocacy:** Serve as a champion for our residents, advocating for their needs, preferences, and rights.

    **Quality Assurance:** Implement and monitor quality assurance programs to continuously improve the delivery of care and enhance resident satisfaction.

    **Collaboration:** Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to develop comprehensive care plans and ensure holistic support for residents.

    Qualifications:

    + **RN Licensure:** Current RN license in the state of North Carolina.

    + **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a senior care setting.
