Gross Weekly Rate: $4400.00

Key Responsibilities
+ Provide operational leadership for the MedSurg unit, ensuring optimal patient care and staff performance.
+ Manage staffing, scheduling, hiring, training, and performance evaluations for nursing and support staff.
+ Develop departmental plans aligned with organizational priorities and clinical objectives.
+ Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as Trinity Health policies and standards.
+ Foster a collaborative and respectful work environment through effective communication and authentic leadership.
+ Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan for long-term patient care needs.
+ Drive outcomes through daily management of resources and continuous process improvement.
Qualifications
+ Current RN New York Licensure.
+ A minimum of 3 years of manager experience.
+ **Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)** required.
+ Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
+ **Preferred:** Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), prior leadership experience, and relevant certifications.
+ Valid driver’s license (if required by assignment).
