Job Summary and Qualifications
The Director of Network Management is responsible for leading the oversight of a portfolio of affiliated practices within MountainStar Care Partners. This strategic role ensures the successful execution of value-based care initiatives by driving performance across quality, financial, and operational outcomes. The Director serves as a key liaison between practices and the network, fostering alignment with value-based arrangements and care transformation goals.
Key Responsibilities
+ Lead network management strategy to optimize performance in value-based contracts across the practice portfolio.
+ Analyze practice-level and network-level data to identify opportunities for improvement in cost, quality, and patient outcomes.
+ Facilitate strategic planning and performance reviews with practice leadership and internal stakeholders.
+ Oversee implementation of care coordination, risk adjustment, and quality improvement initiatives.
+ Collaborate with analytics, clinical operations, and contracting teams to ensure alignment with network goals.
+ Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to shared savings, utilization, and quality benchmarks.
+ Guide onboarding and integration of new practices into the network.
+ Promote provider engagement in network activities, education, and collaborative improvement efforts.
What qualifications you will need:
+ Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
+ 5+ years of experience in network management, practice operations, or value-based care, with leadership experience.
+ Deep understanding of value-based payment models, including ACOs, CINs, and shared savings arrangements.
+ Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives.
+ Strong communication, relationship management, and data interpretation skills.
