The production supervisor oversees daily manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality and efficiency standards are consistently met, applying technical expertise effectively while driving measurable results and fostering a collaborative work environment that aligns production performance with organizational goals.

Some assigned tasks are as follows:

• Line equipment and recipes set up.

• Keep operators’ skill matrix updated.

• Process configuration based on operator’s skills.

• Ensure employees rotation for safety and quality standards.

• Shift composition follow up.

• Basic equipment troubleshooting.

• Open and close shift in the system to consume and declare production.

• Maintain a healthy inventory for glass and components

• Analyze process deviations.

• Act timely to ensure volume targets are met.

• Coach quality mentors for operational training.

• Meet customer demands regarding quality parts with on time delivery.

• Provide production reports to track Productivity, Efficiency and Yield KPI’s

• Responsible for coordinating and scheduling staff for production needs including holidays and out of schedule activities.

• May need to work on the production line in limited basis.

• Lead quality technicians to meet production and quality performance.

• Production process configuration definition and optimization.

• Other duties as assigned.

**The total annual target cash range (Salary + Bonus, annualized) for this position is $72,921 - $112,815.** Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.-

+ High school Diploma; (Required)

+ BA, BS, MBA Degree Business, engineering field; (Preferred)

+ Must have good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); (Required)

+ Must have good communication skills (speaking and writing); (Required)

+ Demonstrated knowledge in Accounting and ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks/activities; (Required)

+ Timecards and payroll systems; (Required)

+ Production system for consumption and product declaration; (Preferred)

+ 5+ years Supervisor experience in manufacturing environment; (Required)

+ 1+ years Experience Supervising staff, reviewing payroll; (Required)

+ Excellent problem solving, creative thinking and leadership skills; (Required)

+ Results orientated and organized with the ability to plan and deliver against deadlines; (Required)

+ 2+ years Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing and/or Focused Factory experience; (Preferred)

+ 1+ years Fluent in English and Spanish or Vietnamese; (Preferred)
