As a Production Operator at our Palatka facility, you’ll play a vital role in manufacturing high-quality drywall products used across North America. This hands-on role places you at the heart of an industry leader, working with automated production equipment to help keep America building. Every shift, your work directly contributes to plant performance, customer satisfaction, and the success of your team.

A day in the life includes:

+ Supporting a fast-moving production line to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient manufacturing

+ Maintaining a clean and organized workstation in a 5S environment

+ Performing routine quality checks using tape measures and HMI/computer systems

+ Updating documentation to support smooth operations and accurate inventory

+ Communicating clearly with teammates across departments and shifts

+ Identifying defects and ensuring products meet dimensional and cosmetic standards

Schedule & environment

+ 12-hour shifts on days or nights (including weekends or overtime when required)

+ Fast-paced production environment working around running equipment, noise, and dust

What helps you succeed here:

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Manufacturing experience preferred (not required)

+ Strong communication and teamwork skills

+ Ability to work safely and follow established operating procedures

+ Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs and wear PPE including steel-toe shoes, hearing protection, safety glasses and hard hat
