As an Inventory Specialist, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting Warehouse and Logistics Teams. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Inventory Specialist
Pay Range: $21-$22/hr.
What’s the Job?
• Receive, check, and put away incoming stock accurately.
• Pick and pack customer orders within agreed timeframes.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock checks and cycle counts.
• Operate WMS and other systems to manage inventory.
• Deliver products to local customer sites as needed.
What’s Needed?
• Prior warehouse or inventory experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office; ERP/WMS experience, SAP a plus).
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license; forklift license highly desirable.
• Reliable, flexible, and proactive with strong teamwork skills.
