    Our client, an innovative agricultural enterprise specializing in harvesting edible flowers for fine dining establishments, is seeking a Greenhouse Associate to join their dedicated team. As a Greenhouse Associate, you will be an integral part of the production support team, contributing to the cultivation and harvesting of high-quality flowers and leaves. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Greenhouse Associate

    **Location:** Riverhead, NY

    **Pay Range:** $16.5

    **Shift:** 7:00AM - 3:30PM, Monday through Friday

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Perform manual labor tasks such as planting, watering, harvesting, and packaging edible flowers and leaves in a greenhouse environment

    + Support the cultivation process to ensure the highest quality produce

    + Assist with maintaining a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency

    + Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals

    + Participate in year-round operations, including scheduled vacations during the winter months

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + No prior experience required; training will be provided

    + Ability to perform manual tasks in a greenhouse setting

    + Strong work ethic and reliability

    + Good communication skills in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus

    + Availability to work full-time during scheduled hours
