    Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in precision machining, is seeking a Screw Machinist to join their team. As a Screw Machinist, you will be part of the Primary Department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent focus, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Screw Machinist

    **Location:** Macon, MO

    **Pay Range:** $20-$21

    **Shift: First/** Second Shift

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Prepare screw machines for startup and operation

    + Load raw materials and operate the machinery efficiently

    + Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met

    + Deliver finished parts to the next process stage

    + Complete all related documentation accurately and timely

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Minimum of 1 year experience working on screw machines

    + Basic arithmetic and math skills

    + Ability to focus on repetitive tasks for extended periods

    + Ability to work on your feet all day

    + Capability to lift up to 30 pounds safely
