    Our client, a leader in the aerospace industry, is seeking a dedicated Lead Systems Engineer to join their team. As a Lead Systems Engineer, you will be part of the Engines & Power Systems (EPS) department supporting innovative control system development. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Lead Systems Engineer

    **Location:** Phoenix, AZ

    **Pay Range:** $82.12 Hourly

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Design, develop, and verify control systems for Auxiliary Power Units (APUs) in aerospace applications.

    + Conduct requirements analysis and decomposition using tools such as DOORS and MATLAB.

    + Create and implement control algorithms and software to meet system specifications.

    + Perform system integration, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that meet evolving customer needs.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, aerospace engineering, or a related technical discipline from an accredited institution.

    + 6+ years of systems engineering experience supporting safety-critical aerospace development projects.

    + Strong knowledge of control systems engineering principles and practices.

    + Experience with control system design, implementation, and testing, including familiarity with DOORS and MATLAB.

    + Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills to work effectively within diverse teams.
