Our client is seeking **Business Analyst (** **Icertis Contract Intelligence ICI Platform)** to join their team.

**Job Title :** Business Analyst (Icertis Contract Intelligence ICI Platform)

**Location:** Conshohocken, PA 19428 (Remote, however resource to be in office on need basis.)

**Pay Rate : $** 40-42/hr. on w2

Experience And Educational Requirements:

Bachelor's/masters degree in computer science/information technology or relevant fields and requires a minimum of 4+ years post qualification Business Analyst experience with Icertis CLM.

MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:

+ Good analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate business problems and apply applications knowledge to identify appropriate solutions

+ Demonstrated knowledge of project management concepts

+ Good interpersonal skills; effective team player

+ Ability to write functional and technical specifications

+ Strong decision-making skills

+ Strong customer service skills

+ Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing

+ Ability to prioritize workload and consistently meet deadlines

+ Strong organizational skills
