    **Starting Pay:** $17-$18

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Assembler I to work for a local client in Inwood, WV. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating component parts or assembling finished products to meet our customers' specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a safety-conscious mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You’ll ensure all components are correctly assembled, while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Set up your work area and prepare tools and materials for efficient assembly.

    + Assemble parts and components according to prescribed instructions and quality standards.

    + Use hand tools and other equipment as necessary to complete the assembly process.

    + Safely stack completed products and follow procedures for labeling, covering, and banding as required.

    + Ensure a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety and cleanliness standards.

    + Perform a pre-shift equipment inspection and report any issues or concerns.

    + Maintain accurate production records and document any necessary information.

    + Inspect materials and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.

    + Follow established safety, quality, and procedural guidelines at all times.

    + Participate in safety, continuous improvement, and other company programs and meetings.

    + Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

    Qualifications:

    + High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.

    + Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly is a plus (6 months preferred but not mandatory).

    + Basic math skills are preferred for measurements and assembly tasks.

    + Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

    + Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
