    Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare manufacturing industry, is seeking a Packaging Operator to join their team. As a Packaging Operator, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting the production and packaging of clinical and commercial products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong teamwork skills, and a proactive approach to safety and quality assurance, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Packaging Operator

    **Location:** Cockeysville, MD

    **Pay Range:** $17.30

    **Shift:** 6:00am- 2:30 pm M-F

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Perform manual inspection, labeling, and packaging of clinical and commercial products.

    + Ensure finished products are packaged according to procedures and quality specifications.

    + Inspect in-process packaging and components to maintain consistent quality standards.

    + Maintain accurate documentation of manufacturing activities, including device history records and inventory counts.

    + Assist with inventory counting activities and participate in safety audits and daily safety discussions.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + High school diploma or GED.

    + At least 1 year of industry work experience.

    + Strong attention to detail and good documentation practices.

    + Ability to work well in a team environment and follow safety protocols.

    + Familiarity with computers and basic mathematical calculations.
