    Our client, a leader in the Human Resources services industry, is seeking an HR Data Analyst to join their team.

     

    As an **HR Data Analyst** , you will be part of the **Human Resources Department** supporting **HR Operations and Reporting teams** . The ideal candidate will have **strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and attention to detail** , which will align successfully in the organization.

    What’s the Job?

     

    + Collect and analyze HR data across recruitment, turnover, compensation, performance, and engagement.

    + Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for leadership.

    + Identify trends and provide actionable insights to strengthen HR processes.

    + Support workforce planning and forecasting initiatives.

    + Ensure data accuracy and integrity across HR systems.

     

    What’s Needed?

     

    + Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Statistics, or a related field.

    + 2+ years of experience in HR analytics or similar roles.

    + Proficiency in HRIS systems and data visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, PowerPoint).

    + Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

    + Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
