    Our client, a leader in aerospace technology and manufacturing, is seeking a Sr Test Engineer to join their team. As a Sr Test Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering support team supporting production and testing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to troubleshooting and process improvement, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Sr Test Engineer

    **Location:** Phoenix, AZ

    **Pay Range:** $58.00 Hourly

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Support, troubleshoot, and upgrade Test Equipment used in manufacturing and acceptance testing of avionics hardware.

    + Collaborate with on-site and remote engineering teams to identify and resolve test issues efficiently.

    + Analyze test failures, pareto issues, and determine root causes to improve test processes.

    + Develop and update test solutions, including rack stack ATE, adapters, and cabling sets.

    + Maintain detailed action plans and communicate findings effectively to team members and leadership.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Minimum of 10 years of experience with aerospace test equipment design and troubleshooting.

    + Strong hardware background with experience in Automated Test Equipment (ATE) systems.

    + Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C, LabWindow CVI, and LabView.

    + Experience with RF test instruments, test certification processes (e.g., DO-160, DO-178, DO-254), and embedded operating systems.

    + Excellent communication skills and ability to lead projects and interface with cross-functional teams.
