Job Title: Cross-Program Project Manager – NPI Supply, Demand & Capacity Planning
Role Summary:
+ We are seeking a Cross-Program Project Manager to drive centralized supply, demand, and capacity planning across a large portfolio of New Product Introduction (NPI) programs. With 20+ commodities supporting over 40 simultaneous NPIs, this role is critical in establishing structure, prioritization, and governance to reduce churn, improve scheduling accuracy, and ensure alignment with Meta’s overall capacity and readiness goals.
+ The Cross-Program PM will partner with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and NPI teams to implement scalable planning processes, improve visibility into commodity demands, and enable proactive decision-making across all NPI programs.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Lead cross-program coordination for NPI supply, demand, and capacity planning across 40+ active programs.
+ Develop and implement centralized prioritization frameworks for commodity allocation and readiness.
+ Partner with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and NPI Program Managers to identify conflicts, bottlenecks, and capacity constraints.
+ Build and maintain dashboards, forecasts, and reports to support executive decision-making and long-term capacity planning.
+ Facilitate regular alignment reviews to synchronize build schedules, demand forecasts, and commodity readiness.
+ Identify and drive process improvements to enhance transparency, predictability, and agility across all NPI supply operations.
+ Act as the central liaison ensuring that supply/demand planning efforts directly support Meta’s NPI timelines and capacity targets.
Required Qualifications:
+ 6+ years of experience in program management, supply planning, or operations management, preferably in a hardware or manufacturing environment.
+ Strong understanding of NPI lifecycles, commodity management, and cross-functional capacity planning.
+ Proven ability to lead large-scale coordination efforts across multiple teams and stakeholders.
+ Advanced analytical skills with experience in forecasting, prioritization, and scenario planning.
+ Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational abilities.
+ Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth, or ambiguous environments requiring proactive issue resolution.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience in Meta Infrastructure, data center hardware, or OEM supply operations.
+ Background in supply chain analytics, manufacturing planning, or demand management tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Smartsheet, or equivalent).
+ PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certification preferred.
+ Technical or operations-related degree in engineering, supply chain, or business management.
