    The Supply Chain Structures team is seeking a Supply Structures Analyst responsible for collecting and inputting detailed information for both new and existing products and or networks into our systems. This data is crucial for various teams including supply chain planning, warehousing, manufacturing, and quality control. The role may also involve supporting various projects such as the creation of new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), developing reports to monitor data quality, and establishing processes to ensure data consistency across different systems. The Supply Structures Analyst will play a pivotal role in assisting the Supply Planning and Supply Logistics teams, among others, with data maintenance, analysis, and reporting. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our operations and contribute to our mission of delivering life-transforming medicines for people with serious diseases.

    In this role, a typical day might include the following:

    + Gathering, entering, consolidating, and monitoring data used in Supply Chain.

    + Maintaining data within Enterprise Oracle and RapidResponse.

    + Working with cross-functional teams to ensure effective, standard, and disciplined data entry processes.

    + Analyzing information to conceptualize and define operational problems, identify underlying principles, and determining appropriate mitigation.

    + Collecting, validating, and organizing data for monthly metrics as well as dashboards.

    + Supporting GMP/GxP compliance activities for Supply Chain.

    + Providing support and subject matter expertise to develop additional databases/reports.

    + Performing data administration and maintenance.

    + Supporting the creation of master data records, policies, and parameters for planning.

    + Working closely with the business/IT to ensure alignment of master data rules and the operations of the application meet all requirements

    This role may be for you if you:

    + Have experience with a GMP/GxP or other regulated environment strongly preferred.

    + Can interpret complex data and communicate recommendations.

    + Are able to manage multiple complex projects and changing priorities.

    + Have experience writing code in SQL, Python, Qlik, or other dashboarding software preferred

    + Possess strong analytical skills and ability to communicate details clearly and effectively.

    + Have excellent time management, organizational skills and written and verbal communication.

    + Have experience with data management or data governance (preferred).

    + Desire to be an integral part of a team that strives to Be Great Together

    + Nurture a culture of learning to understand the lifecycle of data, what it represents and how it is created to drive complete and accurate data accountability

    To be considered for this role you must hold a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics or relevant field along with the following minimum years of experience:

    + Associate Analyst: 0+ years or equivalent combination of education and experience

    + Analyst: 2+ years or equivalent combination of education and experience

    Level will be determined based on qualifications relevant to the role

    + Pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience a plus.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.

    + Proficiency in SharePoint preferred.

    + Experience with Oracle Process Manufacturing.

    + Lean/Six Sigma/Continuous Improvement knowledge a plus.

    + APICS or other related purchasing certifications a plus.

    Salary Range (annually)

     

    $62,355.00 - $110,000.00
