    Amazon Studios is looking for a Sr. Sustainability Program Manager. The role will sit within Biz Ops and Sustainability team responsible for developing programs and processes to scale operations for the studio. This role will drive sustainability programs for Originals series and movies globally.

    Job responsibilities

    - Scaling Amazon Studios’ sustainability programs and policies worldwide

     

    - Developing “think big” strategies for reducing Amazon Studios’ carbon footprint, and overseeing their implementation

     

    - Sourcing, engaging, and evaluating sustainability-related vendors

     

    - Refining and updating Amazon Studios’ sustainability policies

     

    - Addressing ad-hoc questions from productions and assisting in setting them up with sustainability resources

     

    - Interfacing with Amazon’s central Sustainability teams on collaborative opportunities and reporting

     

    - Engaging with sustainability consortiums and working groups that are driving initiatives across the industry

     

    - Leading R&D trials for clean tech equipment.

    Basic Qualifications

    - 5+ years of program or project management experience

     

    - Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

     

    - Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

     

    - Knowledge of global environmental, health and safety regulations

     

    - Bachelor's degree in safety, environmental, or equivalent

    Preferred Qualifications

    - 3+ years of executive level in development at a studio, network or production company experience

     

    - Experience developing and implementing environmental compliance programs including regulated waste, water, and air regulations in accordance with applicable laws

     

    - Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $93,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $199,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
