$26.57 after qualifying with company firearm.

What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as directed.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or access.

+ Observe for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security-related concerns and report such situations to appropriate personnel.

+ Maintain awareness of site-specific procedures related to the technology, media, and telecommunications environment.

+ Interact professionally with clients, visitors, and employees while on post.

+ Complete required reports and logs related to patrols, incidents, and daily activities.

+ Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members to address security-related needs at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.

+ Must be at least 21 years of age.

+ Act 235 qualification is required for positions in Pennsylvania.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
