As an Property Management Coordinator, you will be mainly assisting in property management. This position will provide a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the real estate industry. As an integral part of our team, you will contribute to the efficient operation of property management processes and provide administrative support to our Property Administrator.
Key responsibilities:
+ Provides assistance and support for travel, procurement, and Admin team.
+ Provide general administrative support to Property Management Team (document preparation, data entry, record-keeping).
+ Assist in the organization and filing of property-related documents and correspondence.
+ Coordinate maintenance and repairs; generate reports for decision-making.
+ Collaborate with various departments for smooth communication and operations.
+ Respond to tenant inquiries; assist in tenant screening and communication with property managers.
+ Participate in property inspections; document and report observed issues.
+ Assist in lease agreement preparation and management; learn about enforcement and renewal processes.
+ Coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors; learn about procurement processes.
+ Familiarize with local laws and regulations related to property management.
+ Ensure properties comply with legal requirements.
+ Learn and use property management software and tools for data entry and management.
+ Participate in community events; maintain positive relations with tenants.
+ Attend training sessions and workshops related to property management.
+ Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
+ Contribute to specific projects (e.g., renovations, process improvements).
+ Undertake research assignments related to real estate and property management industry.
+ Assist in preparing reports on property performance and key metrics.
+ Summarize findings and present data to the property management specialist.
+ Perform other associated responsibilities as appropriate.
Qualifications to be successful in the role:
+ College graduate or equivalent
+ Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
+ Capable of driving automatic vehicles
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills
+ Comfortable with routinely shifting demands; flexible
+ Possession of a valid driver’s license is required
+ High degree of attention to detail
+ Data entry experience
+ Working knowledge of general office equipment
