Production Associate – 2nd Shift
**Location:** Nazareth, PA
**Schedule:** 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM
**Pay:** $ 17.50/hr
Overview:
We’re hiring a Production Associate to support inspection, testing, and general production activities on our 2nd shift team. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Perform visual inspections and basic quality testing on products
+ Accurately record inspection results using computer systems or forms
+ Identify and report defects, inconsistencies, or quality concerns
+ Assist with basic troubleshooting and root-cause identification
+ Support production and testing processes as needed
+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
+ Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
Qualifications:
+ Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
+ Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy
+ Basic computer skills
+ Reliable attendance and willingness to follow direction

**Pay Details:** $17.50 per hour
