    Responsibilities for Customer Engagement Specialist include:

    + Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls

    + Follow scripts verbatim during customer interactions

    + Navigate multiple systems while entering data accurately

    + Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally

    + Use Microsoft Teams for internal communication

    + Adhere to assigned work schedules

    + Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy

    + Maintain reliability and punctuality

    + Provide excellent customer service skills

    Requirements:

    + Must be able to work **on-site** at the Phoenix, AZ call center

    + **High School Diploma or GED**

    + **At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume call center**

    + **Must communicate effectively in English, with strong verbal and written abilities**

    + **Ability to read a script verbatim and navigate multiple systems simultaneously during calls**

    + **Proficient in Microsoft Teams**

    + **Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and active listening skills, with exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities**

    + **Reliable and punctual with adherence to assigned schedules**

    Available shifts:

    + 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM PST

    + 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM PST

    **Pay Details:** $18.00 per hour
