+ **Pay:** $25.00 - $ 32.00/hr
+ **Shift/Hours: Onsite**
+ Monday - Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm
The Finance Operations Associate supports financial operations, budgeting, and vendor management activities across departments. This role is responsible for supporting payment and billing activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial processes, and collaborating across business units to maintain operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience in finance or accounting functions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Manage and track all billing activities, including creation and data entry.
+ Support payment processing and related financial transactions for multiple business units.
+ Coordinate with Finance, Accounting, and other departments to review and reconcile billing and payment activities.
+ Identify opportunities to streamline and automate processes for improved efficiency.
+ Assist management with special projects and ad hoc initiatives as needed.
+ Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and maintain compliance with company policies.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field (preferred).
• 2–4 years of experience in Finance or Accounting; automotive OEM experience a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with billing, invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliation processes.
**Pay Details:** $25.00 to $32.00 per hour
