    Job Title: Sample Lab TechnicianJob Description

     

    We are seeking a dedicated Sample Lab Technician to join our laboratory and compounding group. The individual in this role will support various functions within the lab, ensuring quality and accuracy in sample testing and product compounding.

    Responsibilities

    + Collect samples from manufactured and compounded products using a pipette.

    + Gather and input collected data into the tracking system.

    + Conduct sample testing for Quality Control and Quality Assurance, as well as perform inspections.

    + Compound small batches of products according to client requests.

    + Ensure proper labeling of products.

    + Fulfill additional responsibilities as needed.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in sample lab techniques, including pipetting and weighing samples.

    + Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes.

    + Skill in inventory management and sample preparation.

    + Strong data entry skills.

    + Attention to detail.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Minimum of a High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred.

    + Previous experience in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) environment.

    The position offers an independent work environment where attention to detail and accuracy in calculations are paramount. You will handle expensive ingredients in a manufacturing setting, typically wearing jeans and a t-shirt.     This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Belcamp, MD.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
