    Lab Technician – Fort Worth, TX

    What You’ll Do

    + Perform lab tests to verify product quality and safety.

    + Conduct audits and process control checks (weights, batch sheets, FSMA inspections).

    + Operate, calibrate, and maintain lab equipment.

    + Follow all Food Safety policies and regulatory requirements (SQF, GMP, FSMA).

    Instrumentation & Testing

    + Titrations, bacterial culturations, pH, viscosity, color testing

    + Sensory evaluations, moisture content, and more

    Schedule & Pay

    + Monday–Friday | 1st & 3rd shifts available

    + Up to $23/hour + overtime (1.5x pay)

    Qualifications

    + Science degree OR related lab experience (open to new grads!)

    + 1+ year of quality experience in manufacturing preferred

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saginaw, TX.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.
