    Job Title: CNC Machinist - 2nd/3rd shift - $30/hr

    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC mill and lathe machines, overseeing multiple machines, and assisting operators in high-level machining tasks. Your expertise will ensure the precision and quality of our production processes.

    Responsibilities

    + Set up and operate CNC mill and lathe machines.

    + Oversee up to 20-30 machines, ensuring smooth operation.

    + Lead and assist operators by completing setups, tool changes, and program edits.

    + Perform quality checks using micrometers, calipers, gauges, height gauges, air micrometers, and CMM machines.

    + Read and interpret programs using G&M codes.

    + Troubleshoot tooling issues and perform basic maintenance tasks.

     

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a high-automation factory featuring assembly lines, robotics, and CNC machinery in a non-union setting. Our team operates in a fast-paced environment with shift hours from 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm, with training provided on the day shift for 6-8 weeks. Expect current working hours to range from 40-50 hours, with overtime on weekends rotating among the group.     This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Findlay, OH.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
