Job Summary
The role focuses on evaluating current product quality and production methods while driving continuous improvement across processes, products, and services. The position requires leveraging major production application systems to deliver services effectively to internal and external clients. A strong emphasis is placed on customer-centric decision-making, inter-team collaboration, and effective communication to achieve business results. The individual will lead cross-functional teams, influence decisions, and ensure accuracy and precision in all tasks. The role also involves analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and managing software product operations and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
+ Assess and improve product quality and production methods.
+ Utilize major production application systems for service delivery.
+ Collaborate across teams and break down silos to achieve organizational goals.
+ Communicate effectively and influence decisions within and outside the organization.
+ Conduct root cause analysis and develop solutions for organizational challenges.
+ Document current business processes and recommend re-engineering opportunities.
+ Manage software product operations, including install base and future plans.
+ Apply formal application delivery methodologies for new or enhanced applications.
Requirements
+ Strong understanding of compliance, customer satisfaction principles, and organizational competitiveness.
+ Ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster collaboration.
+ High attention to detail and accuracy in task execution.
+ Proven experience in requirement analysis and business process documentation.
+ Familiarity with application delivery methodologies and software product lifecycle management.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $94,000.00 - $175,000.00 annually. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
