Accounting Manager/ Senior Accountant – Hospitality Industry

Our client, a leading hospitality brand, is seeking a Accounting Manager/ Senior Accountant to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in managing financial operations for a fast-paced organization.

Key Responsibilities

+ Maintain and track monthly P& L statements and balance sheet activity.

+ Develop forecasts and budgets, identifying risks and opportunities proactively.

+ Review general ledger and balance sheet for accuracy and completeness.

+ Analyze financial results for internal reporting and external stakeholders.

+ Prepare and distribute financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annual), including support for audits and fiscal close processes.

+ Manage inventory and cost control procedures to optimize profitability.

+ Handle special projects and related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience preferred.

+ Minimum 3 years of experience in full-cycle GL, month-end close, and financial reporting.

+ Hospitality, foodservice, or retail industry experience required.

+ Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with the ability to manage complex processes.

+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

+ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting systems is a plus.
