    Description We are looking for a skilled Call Center Representative to join our team in Middle River, Maryland. In this Contract to permanent position, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service in a high-volume call center environment. This role requires strong communication abilities, multitasking skills, and a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.

    Responsibilities:

    • Respond to a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.

    • Address customer inquiries, provide accurate product information, and offer effective solutions.

    • Utilize multiple computer systems to locate, analyze, and document necessary information efficiently.

    • Maintain a customer-first approach, demonstrating empathy and understanding during interactions.

    • Accurately update customer accounts and document all interactions in the system.

    • Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.

    • Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards.

    • Stay informed about company products, industry updates, and relevant policies.

    • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve processes and enhance customer experiences. Requirements • At least 1 year of experience in an inbound call center environment.

    • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.

    • Ability to navigate and utilize multiple computer systems and applications.

    • Proven multitasking skills to manage high call volumes effectively.

    • Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute.

    • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
