    Description

    Our company is seeking an experienced Enterprise Systems Consultant (ERP) to provide strategic guidance and hands-on expertise across all phases of ERP lifecycle projects. This consultant will partner with business and technology leaders to assess needs, recommend solutions, and support the implementation and optimization of customizable, cost-effective enterprise systems.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Advise business stakeholders on selection, implementation, and optimization of ERP solutions

    + Develop tailored approaches and best practices for enterprise systems transformation

    + Lead or participate in process mapping, requirements gathering, configuration, and system integration

    + Design and deliver training/upskilling programs to address ERP module or adoption gaps

    + Manage change initiatives to ensure smooth transition through all ERP project phases

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable, future-focused solutions that evolve with the business

    + Offer ongoing support and enhancements post-implementation

    Requirements

    Key Skills & Qualifications:

    + Proven experience as an ERP Specialist or Enterprise Systems Consultant, ideally across multiple ERP platforms

    + Strong understanding of business operations, process mapping, and change management

    + Ability to translate business objectives into system requirements and technical specifications

    + Expertise in at least one major ERP suite (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite)

    + Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
