    Multi-Office Tax Resolution Company Seeks Tax Law Attorney--ONSITE in OC

    About Firm & Position:

    A well-established regional practice with a strong presence in California is seeking a Tax Law Attorney to join its growing legal team. This firm is known on credible public sources for its client-focused approach, accessible leadership, and steady growth within consumer-facing legal services. The Tax Law Attorney will support a high-volume caseload while maintaining manageable hours and a collaborative, casual work environment.

    Tax Attorney Responsibilities:

    + Manage and review approximately 300 cases per month while maintaining accuracy and quality.

    + Provide legal counsel to clients on a variety of matters related to tax law and compliance.

    + Prepare, review, and analyze legal documents and case files.

    + Conduct legal research using modern legal research tools to support case strategy.

    + Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations and advise clients accordingly.

    + Develop case strategies through evidence evaluation and argument formulation.

    + Maintain detailed and organized records of client interactions, case developments, and outcomes.

    Hours:

    8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., 40-hour workweek for attorneys.

    Salary: $125k-$200k + monthly bonuses (averaging $2.5k/month)

    Requirements

    + Licensed in California.

    + Prior tax law experience or background in fast-paced practice areas such as PI, criminal defense, or collections.

    + Ability to work 100% onsite.
