    About the Role

     

    We are seeking a Senior AI Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and advanced AI solutions. This role involves analyzing complex business processes, identifying opportunities for AI-driven improvements, and collaborating with technical teams to deliver impactful solutions. You will play a critical role in shaping AI strategies and ensuring successful implementation across the organization.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Business Analysis & Strategy

    + Partner with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into AI use cases.

    + Conduct feasibility studies and ROI analysis for AI initiatives.

    + Develop business requirements and functional specifications for AI-driven solutions.

    + Data & Insights

    + Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to ensure data quality and relevance for AI models.

    + Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights.

    + Support model evaluation and performance monitoring from a business perspective.

    + Project Management

    + Lead AI-related projects from concept to deployment, ensuring alignment with business goals.

    + Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.

    + Innovation & Thought Leadership

    + Stay current on AI technologies, tools, and industry trends.

    + Recommend innovative solutions to enhance business processes and customer experience.

    Requirements

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).

    + 5+ years of experience in business analysis, with at least 2 years in AI/ML projects.

    + Strong understanding of AI concepts, machine learning workflows, and data analytics.

    + Proficiency in tools such as SQL, Python (basic), and BI platforms.

    + Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

    + Ability to translate technical concepts into business language.

     

    Preferred Skills

     

    + Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

    + Familiarity with AI ethics, governance, and compliance.

    + Knowledge of predictive modeling, NLP, or generative AI applications.
