    Our client is seeking an experienced Corporate Controller to lead global accounting operations and oversee financial reporting across multiple business units and international locations. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of financial information while driving continuous improvement across the finance function.

    What You’ll Do

    As Corporate Controller, you will:

    Financial Leadership & Reporting

     

    + Oversee global accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, payroll, fixed assets, and consolidations.

    + Ensure timely, accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.

    + Lead the financial close process and maintain integrity of consolidated financial reporting.

     

    Compliance & Internal Controls

     

    + Develop, implement, and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance.

    + Manage foreign currency transactions and translation processes across international entities.

    + Coordinate annual external audits and oversee tax compliance with advisors.

     

    Cross-Functional & Strategic Support

     

    + Support the CEO and executive team with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.

    + Partner with global finance teams to ensure consistent application of accounting policies.

    + Lead process improvements, system enhancements, and automation initiatives.

     

    Team Leadership

     

    + Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounting team aligned with company growth and goals.

     

    What We’re Looking For

    Required Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).

    + 8–10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.

    + Experience in a private, multinational organization is required.

    + Strong technical knowledge of GAAP and foreign currency accounting.

    + Proven experience with multi-entity consolidations.

    + ERP system experience (NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, etc.).

    + Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

    Preferred Attributes:

    + CPA certification preferred.

    + Hands-on, proactive leadership style.
