Job Summary
As a Change Management Partner for our Information Technology (IT) team, you will help deliver value through the adoption of new technology, processes and roles. The Partner will work on some of our most complex and ambitious initiatives and will be creating and executing the change management strategies that balance measurable adoption results with rapid, incremental delivery. A great candidate is one who is quickly able to shift from creating strategic vision with an executive audience to understanding how to drive a transformational roadmap across many groups to tactical delivery in partnership with working team members.
In this role, primary responsibilities include:
+ Execute change management strategies that create measurable impact on user adoption and proactively address resistance risks
+ Pull from multiple change methodologies to select what will be most effective for the specific stakeholders and initiatives, even if multi-phased and complex
+ Understand and use a solid, easy to deploy transformation methodology that enables a large organization to undergo complex changes
+ Assess change impact of complex solutions and aligns adoption approach to address impacts in order of risk
+ Focuses on defining success metrics and measurable outcomes for the people side of change
+ Support delivery of core activities related to stakeholder assessment, change impacts, readiness assessments, communication, training and sustainability of the change
+ Ability to develop communications that are audience and project specific, easy to understand and delivers value
+ Confident working across departments, geographies and building a coalition of support at the local level
+ Collaborate and support with other change leads across the organization
+ Drives ongoing improvements in the value delivered by the adoption practice
Key Elements
The minimum qualifications required for this position are as follows:
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration, organizational development, behavior, change management, communications or related discipline. Master's degree or equivalent strongly preferred
+ Minimum 5 years related experience in people and change transformation, organizational development, project delivery work or a combination of the above
+ Experience implementing successful large-scale changes in global organizations
+ Ability to incorporate change strategies with any project methodology (e.g., Agile, waterfall, etc.)
+ Exceptional communication, facilitation and listening skills and ability to connect with all levels in an organization
+ Ability to 'connect the dots' across a complex program of adoption needs
+ Experience using measures and analytics to tell the 'people' story related to a change both to baseline current state and show progress in future state
+ Desire for working in highly collaborative environment
Role Specific Information:
+ Location: Remote (from one of our Canadian site);
+ Annual bonus based on performance;
+ Schedule: Daytime between Monday and Friday;
+ Permanent position as of the hiring, full-time 37.5hrs per week.

About Safety Assessment
Charles River is committed to helping our partners expedite their preclinical drug development with exceptional safety assessment services, state-of-the-art facilities and expert regulatory guidance. From individual specialty toxicology and IND enabling studies to tailored packages and total laboratory support, our deeply experienced team can design and execute programs that anticipate challenges and avoid roadblocks for a smooth, efficient journey to market. Each year approximately 300 investigational new drug (IND) programs are conducted in our Safety Assessment facilities.
