Subaru of Thousand Oaks is looking for an experienced, motivated Smog-Certified Service Technician to join our award-winning service team. What You’ll Do

+ Perform accurate and efficient diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Subaru vehicles and other makes

+ Conduct California smog inspections in accordance with state regulations

+ Complete multi-point inspections and document findings clearly

+ Communicate effectively with advisors and team members

+ Maintain a clean, professional work environment

+ Deliver the high-quality service experience our customers expect

What We’re Looking For

+ Current California Smog Certification (Required)

+ Automotive technician experience (Subaru or other OEM certification a plus)

+ Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills

+ Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required. We are a drug-free workplace. The Flat Rate Range for this position is $17.00 - $62.00.

This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Bonuses based on Production Productivity.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
