    Job Title: Accounts Receivable Coordinator

    Job Description

    This role involves managing the reporting and processing of royalty income, monitoring aging reports from multiple entities, and preparing detailed reports for senior accounting members. The position also requires preparing ad hoc analysis for special projects and ensuring accurate billing through collaboration with project managers.

    Responsibilities

    + Manage and process project-based AR reports.

    + Monitor aging reports from multiple entities.

    + Prepare reports for senior accounting members.

    + Conduct ad hoc analysis for special projects.

    + Investigate invoice discrepancies and prepare new invoices as needed.

    + Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate billing.

    + Assist extensively in collection efforts tailored to each client via email.

    + Prepare collections reports and analyze unpaid vs. paid invoices.

    + Construct client-specific collection plans.

    + Proactively manage upcoming collection efforts.

    + Participate in monthly meetings and provide summaries and cash flow reports for the CFO.

    + Assist with client billing tasks.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience with accounts receivable and aging reports.

    + Proficiency in billing collections and reconciliation.

    + Familiarity with Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint.

    + Proficient Excel skills.

    + Experience in collections.

    + Understanding of the AEC industry.

    + Accounting and invoice processing expertise.

    + Experience in collection accounts receivable and invoice analysis.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Strong interpersonal skills for direct interactions with design leadership.

    + Ability to adapt to new technologies.

    Work Environment

    The role offers exposure to high-impact projects within a global architecture and design firm. The initial training period requires five days in person. After training, there is hybrid flexibility with four days in the office and one day working from home, dependent on team coverage.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New York, NY.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $40.00/hr.
