    •Job Description:

     

    We are seeking a Sourcing Recruiter to help identify and engage top talent. This person will play a key role in building strong candidate pipelines and supporting recruiting efforts.

    Responsibilities:

    + Focus on outbound sourcing to find and attract qualified candidates

    + Use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Talent Insights to identify talent

    + Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs

    + Flex into full-cycle recruiting when needed

    Qualifications:

    + Ability to hit metrics

    + Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

    + Polished communication skills

     

    Work Environment: This position is located in Louisville, CO. This is an aerospace & defense company.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Louisville, CO.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $52.88 - $57.69/hr.
