    Position Summary:

    The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organizational development. This role ensures that HR strategies align with business objectives and fosters a positive, productive workplace culture.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Recruitment & Staffing:

    + Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.

    + Manage the full-cycle hiring process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.

    + Employee Relations:

    + Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and resolve workplace issues.

    + Promote a positive work environment and ensure compliance with company policies.

    + Performance Management:

    + Oversee performance appraisal processes and provide guidance to managers.

    + Identify training and development needs to enhance employee skills.

    + Compliance & Policy Management:

    + Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

    + Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

    + Compensation & Benefits:

    + Administer payroll, benefits programs, and compensation structures.

    + Conduct market analysis to ensure competitive pay practices.

    + HR Strategy & Planning:

    + Collaborate with leadership to develop HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.

    + Monitor HR metrics and provide reports to management.

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).

    + Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

    + Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

    + Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

    + Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Madison, WI.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $125000.00/yr.
