**The Director iPMO** **(Integration PMO)** is responsible for delivery of all IT integrations projects during the deal closure and TSA for merger and acquisitions as well as divestitures involving integrations/divestiture workstreams for hosting, security, network, workplace technology, back office application and other cross-functional services. You will also be accountable for M&AD integration/divestiture playbooks, governance, and related infrastructure and Backoffice cost management and allocation of costs, with objective to capture the value deal team has negotiated.
The Director iPMO will bring to this organization thought leadership and vision to the M&AD technology integration/divesture function, and foster a value driven culture and AI-first mindset on solving challenges at scale.
Essential Duties and responsibilities
Strategic Leadership and Engagement
+ Accountable to instill an AI-first mindset within the iPMO team (S)he manages with focus on efficiency, increase quality and stakeholder experience.
+ Responsible to define, maintain and report outcome driven metrics for reporting on M&AD technology integration/divestiture portfolio connecting outputs to revenue.
+ Create and deliver compelling presentations for WK executives, other senior leaders, and customers.
+ Manage and coordinate risk assessments, operational vendor relationship management (not individual activity per vendor), project manage product selections and work with vendor management on negotiation of contracts for the programs in scope
+ Work with Deal Team, Technology executives, BU executives and Real Estate to develop annual iPMO plans with corresponding resources, costs, and tactical plans to increase the programs success.
+ Responsible with development of process improvements and technology solutions to ensure infrastructure and security technology integrations are not on critical path for successful delivery of Day 1, TSA and value capture of the M&AD portfolio
+ Partners with Office of the CIO functions to develop AI-led project and program management capabilities. Leverage best practices, lessons learned and emerging trends to develop actionable roadmaps to implement program/project capability improvements for iPMO.
Program Management
+ Lead a global group of Project Managers to work on different projects/programs of iPMO
+ Accountable for the successful delivery of the iPMO programs and execution of aspects of project life cycle. Develops, maintains and reports on operational KPIs for M&AD portfolio delivery
+ Build trusted relationships with internal and external (GBS, Divisions/BU) stakeholders and subject matter experts.
+ Work closely with engineering, product, operations, and other teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment between M&AD technology workstreams/projects and Business Units transformation workstreams
+ Identify potential risks, dependencies, and roadblocks in the M&AD technology workstreams/projects. Implement mitigation plans and escalate critical issues to senior management when necessary
+ Ensure TSA is covering integration/divestiture business objectives, and financial objectives. Escalate when TSA is overcommitting IT support beyond what our 3rd party providers can deliver
+ Collaborates with other IT Functions to leverage capabilities as well as to provide with reports and information
+ Ensure appropriate change management for programs in scope
Resource Management
+ Accountable with resource onboarding to the iPMO (both employees and contractors) and developing solutions to reduce the duration of onboarding (seamless onboarding), which includes both process improvements as well as improvement in hiring requirements to focus on hiring top talent
+ Working with functional leaders ensure resource availability and allocation to required projects to reach objectives and help the functional leaders in managing resources in an effective and efficient manner.
+ Oversee optimization of resource pools (project-based versus dedicated role based) and how it aligns to
iPMO needs.
+ Manage ClickTime data tracking and developing meaningful actionable reports, as needed.
+ Assist in the development of business cases while working with the associated leaders.
Change Management, Training and Coaching
+ Ensures all programs use best practices in Change Management to ensure bot the success of programs as well as increase the experience quality of changes programs in scope deliver
+ Ensure programs provide end user training as needed
+ Develop and maintain a communication framework for M&AD programs/projects
+ Develop and maintains a calendar of communications for M&AD programs/projects
Additional Knowledge & Skills
+ Senior executive presentation and communication skills
+ Familiarity with lean and agile development processes, as well as kanban and waterfall
+ Strategic visionary - able to connect the dots within a global shared services context in moving from “forward thinking” to “seeing around the corner.”
+ Executive level written and oral communication skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate and influence.
+ Communicate complex problems to other people in a simple way that they will understand and work together to alleviate the general IT risk affected by the PMO program portfolios
+ Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with and manage relationships with all levels of employees and leaders throughout the Company.
+ Demonstrated ability to get positive results through influence, persuasion, leadership, presentations, training, and group facilitation skills.
+ Ability to balance organizational short-term and long-term objectives.
+ Maintain continuous improvement mindset to improve iPMO strategy while taking feedback from customers/leaders.
+ Proactively seek opportunities to provide additional value to its internal customers.
Job Qualifications
Education
Required:
+ Bachelor's Degree with preference in Information Technology, or related field.
+ Proven experience in driving M&AD programs, with demonstrated success in managing large-scale, complex programs with diverse stakeholders
+ Strong technical understanding of merger and acquisitions integrations and divestitures related to infrastructure, security and back-office areas
Preferred: Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
Required Experience:
+ 15-20 years-of demonstrated progressive experience in IT Program Management and/or change and transformation management, with at least 3-5 years experience with M&AD technology integrations
+ 5+ years’ experience with shared services model, vendor and/or managed services
+ 5+ years management, enterprise-wide transition and/or transformation programs
+ Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive way to managing work.
+ Able to deliver with limited oversight and take accountability of actions.
+ Excellent presentation skills, both creating slides and delivering presentations to a variety of audiences.
Preferred Experience:
+ Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
+ Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
+ Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
+ Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.
+ Excellent analytical skills
+ Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
+ Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
TraVEl requirements
+ Minimum Travel required for this position is 25%

Compensation:
Target salary range CA, CT, CO, DC, HI, IL, MA, MD, MN, NY, RI, WA: $208,800 - $295,550
