My customer is seeking a tenured and capable enterprise applications Product Owner/Manager with a minimum of eight years of industry experience within the product domain. They require someone who is highly effective at liaising between business stakeholders/executives and the technology delivery team. We are only able to leverage W2 candidates for this role - sub vendor and C2C resources will not be reviewed.

For consideration:

+ Need someone with 8+ years of direct Product Ownership experience - someone who has engaged in Product Management to some extent is ideal. The end goal of this role is to migrate the resource into Product Management.

+ Large enterprise experience required - Financial Services tenure ideal

+ This individual will not be driving technical initiatives, but s/he needs to be exposed to/understand technology

+ APIs, reporting, backend systems awareness ideal

+ They need someone who is able to communicate solutions effectively in layman's terms - someone who does not communicate granularly with tech terms with the business - someone who can understand platform status from the app dev side, but provide a succinct landscape to a stakeholder

+ Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management experience

With great performance, there is a possibility of FTE conversion.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Charlotte, NC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $75.00/hr.
