    What You’ll Do

    + Navigate multiple systems to research and resolve issues.

    + Liaise between homeowners, lenders, and Proctor.

    + Document everything clearly in our claims system.

    + Make outbound calls when needed.

    • What You Bring

    + Working cellphone (for dual authentication)

    + 1 year of call center experience

    + Strong PC navigation and typing skills (35+ WPM)

    + ✍️ Excellent verbal and written communication

    + Reliable transportation

    Schedule & Training

    + Start Date: Jan 6 (30 days Training) | 9:30 AM – 6 PM (On-site)

    + Hybrid Eligible: After Training

    + ⏰ Hybrid Schedule: 10:30 AM – 7 PM | Mon–Fri

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Daytona Beach, FL.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.50/hr.

     

    Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
