A postdoctoral fellow position is available in the Department of Imaging Physics under the mentorship of Dr. Jia Wu.
The fellow will work on projects designated by the mentor and will be responsible for all aspects of the research process, including project conception, data collection, and analysis. Primary data collection may include, but is not limited to, chart reviews for genomic typing, treatment response, and survival outcomes of lung cancer patients treated with various therapies, as well as the integration of histology, radiomics, and genomics data. The fellow will analyze results using mathematical and statistical tools, compile findings, prepare reports, and submit these to the mentor.
All duties and responsibilities are carried out in compliance with institutional policies, ethical research standards, and applicable federal and state regulations.

*ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS*
An individual holding a Ph.D. or equivalent doctorate (e.g., Sc.D., M.D., D.V.M.) in an appropriate field who is seeking a temporary appointment under the supervision of a faculty mentor, involving full-time laboratory-based research or scholarship in preparation for an academic or research career as an independent investigator. This appointment is not part of a clinical training program; individuals holding an M.D. degree or equivalent are not permitted to engage in patient care activity.
