    Behavior Technician – Raeford, NC(School Year 2025–2026)

     

    Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:40 AM – 2:40 PM (37.5 hrs/week)

     

    Start Date: ASAP

    About the Role:

    Amergis is hiring a Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with a malestudent who needs behavioral support. You’ll collaborate with educators andspecialists to help achieve learning and behavioral goals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Provide direct instruction in behavior regulation and social skills

    + Use positive reinforcement for following directions and transitions

    + Implement structured transitions and monitor for safety

    Requirements:

    + High School diploma or equivalent

    + Two years of pediatric experience preferred

    + Current CPR certification (if applicable)

    + TB screening (PPD or chest X-ray if applicable)

    + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

    + Minimum age: 18
