    Job Title: Behavior Technician / Residential Aide

     

    Modality & Specialty: BT / DSP or Caregiver experienced with individuals who have Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD)

     

    Pay Rate: $28 per hour (Flat Rate)

     

    Start Date: January 5, 2026

     

    Contract Length: Ongoing

     

    Hours per Week: 32–40 hours (Opportunity to pick up extra shifts for full-time hours and more)

     

    Population: Adults with Developmental Disabilities

    Position Overview:

    Work as a Residential Behavior Technician in a home setting for adults with mental and developmental disabilities who exhibit a variety of behaviors. Homes may be all-male or all-female, with 4 residents per home.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Provide supervision and support for residents.

    + Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration.

    + Implement behavioral strategies and therapeutic interventions.

    + Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans.

    Requirements:

    + Minimum 6 months of experience working with individuals with IDD.

    + Must be available for 2-week orientation (Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM).

    + Strong communication skills and ability to manage challenging behaviors.
