Position: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Pay Range: $50–$55 per hour

Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our multidisciplinary team. In this role, you will play a vital part in developing and implementing individualized care plans for patients requiring social work intervention. You will provide counseling, crisis intervention, and emotional support to patients and families across diverse settings and age groups.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create and update patient care plans.

+ Deliver counseling and crisis intervention services to address social and emotional needs.

+ Advocate for patients and connect them with community resources and support systems.

+ Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Education: Master’s degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program.

+ Licensure: Active LCSW license in the state of practice.

+ Experience: Minimum of 1 year of social work experience (preferred).

+ Certifications: Current CPR certification (if applicable).

+ Health Requirements: TB screening (PPD or chest X-ray) and current health certificate per contract or state regulations.

+ Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements.

+ Must be at least 18 years of age.
