    Your Key Responsibilities

    + Develop and implement sourcing strategies to ensure a consistent and cost-effective supply of raw materials.

    + Identify potential suppliers, conduct supplier evaluations, and negotiate contracts and pricing terms.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand raw material requirements and forecast demand.

    + Monitor market trends, industry developments, and supplier performance to optimize sourcing decisions.

    + Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier agreements.

    + Resolve supplier issues, such as quality concerns, delivery delays, and price discrepancies.

    + Drive cost-saving initiatives and identify opportunities for process improvement within the procurement function.

    + Stay updated on regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to raw material sourcing.

    Your Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

    + Proven experience as a raw material buyer or procurement specialist in a corporate setting.

    + Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence suppliers to achieve favorable terms.

    + Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

    + Proficiency in supplier management and contract negotiation.

    + Familiarity with procurement software and systems (e.g., ERP, eSourcing platforms).

    + Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

    + Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

    + Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards related to raw material sourcing.

    + External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship.
