Required Education/Experience
+ Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of work experience
+ Master's Degree and 2 years of work experience
Relevant Work Experience
+ Demonstrated experience analyzing information, both technical and financial, and making recommendations based on that information, required.
+ Demonstrated ability to analyze and synthesize data into business insights and effectively communicate the information in presentation format and written deliverables including long-form text and slide decks, required.
+ Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and writing skills, required.
+ Demonstrated ability to learn quickly with a high degree of curiosity, required.
+ Initiative to continually refine and improve models or processes, passion to make something its best as new information comes in, required.
+ Proven leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to drive results by collaborating with stakeholders to build consensus, required.
+ Demonstrated planning and organizational skills, and the ability to see the big picture as well as attention to detail, required.
+ Demonstrated flexibility to handle multiple assignments and deadlines. Ability to make decisions and confidently answer questions in real time, under pressure, required.
+ Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project), required.
+ Experience with Power BI, Salesforce, ARC GIS or other database/data verification, required.
+ 3 years of experience leading or supporting clean energy projects or programs, preferred.
+ Experience with or knowledge of load management technologies, preferred.
+ Working knowledge of Company operations and policies, preferred.
+ Experience working with local, County, City and State governments, preferred.
+ Experience working with Department of Public Service Staff and the preparation of regulatory filings, preferred.
Licenses and Certifications
+ Driver's License Required

+ The selected candidate will be assigned a System Emergency Assignment (i.e., an emergency response role) and will be expected to work non-business hours during emergencies, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
