As a Teamcenter Cloud Architect at Capgemini Engineering, you will be at the forefront of transforming how organizations manage their product lifecycle in cloud environments. With your extensive experience and deep expertise in both Teamcenter TEAMCENTER PLM system and cloud technologies, you will design and implement innovative cloud-based Teamcenter TEAMCENTER PLM solutions that drive digital transformation for our clients.
Your Role
+ Leading the architectural design and implementation of cloud-based TEAMCENTER PLM solutions across various platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Teamcenter TEAMCENTER PLM system
+ Developing comprehensive cloud migration strategies for clients' existing on-premises TEAMCENTER PLM environments, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
+ Creating scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud architectures that meet clients' specific Teamcenter requirements and business objectives
+ Designing hybrid cloud solutions that integrate with existing on-premises systems during transition phases
+ Establishing cloud governance frameworks, security protocols, and compliance measures specific to TEAMCENTER PLM implementations
+ Optimizing cloud resources and configurations to enhance TEAMCENTER PLM performance, availability, and disaster recovery capabilities
+ Collaborating with cross-functional teams including TEAMCENTER PLM specialists, cloud engineers, security experts, and business analysts to deliver integrated solutions
+ Providing expert guidance on cloud-native TEAMCENTER PLM capabilities, microservices architecture, and containerization strategies
+ Leading technical workshops and presentations to stakeholders on cloud TEAMCENTER PLM architecture and implementation approaches
+ Developing reference architectures and best practices for cloud-based TEAMCENTER PLM implementations that can be leveraged across multiple client engagements
+ Staying current with emerging cloud technologies and TEAMCENTER PLM trends to continuously innovate our solution offerings
Your skills and experience
+ 20 years of experience in engineering and IT with at least 10 years focused on TEAMCENTER PLM system and 7 years in cloud architecture
+ Deep expertise in Teamcenter PLM platform
+ Extensive experience designing and implementing cloud solutions on AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform
+ Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, microservices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and serverless computing
+ Proven experience migrating complex TEAMCENTER PLM environments from on-premises to cloud or hybrid deployments
+ Expert knowledge of cloud security best practices, compliance requirements, and governance frameworks
+ Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code for TEAMCENTER PLM implementations
+ Strong understanding of data migration, integration, and synchronization strategies in cloud environments
+ Demonstrated ability to optimize cloud resources for cost-efficiency while maintaining performance requirements
+ Experience with multi-cloud and hybrid cloud architectures for enterprise TEAMCENTER PLM implementations
+ Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to both technical and business stakeholders
