The Regional Business Director for CARVYKTI will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the commercial success of CARVYKTI within their assigned region. This role is responsible for driving sales performance, developing and executing regional business plans, leading high-performing teams, and collaborating closely with cross-functional partners to ensure the successful launch and ongoing growth of CARVYKTI. The ideal candidate will have a strong oncology or hematology background, proven leadership experience, and a passion for delivering innovative therapies to patients in need.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Lead, develop, and inspire a team of Sales Managers and Account Executives to achieve or exceed sales targets for CARVYKTI in the assigned region.
+ Develop and implement regional business strategies aligned with national objectives and brand strategies.
+ Establish and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to drive product adoption and market share.
+ Analyze regional market dynamics, competitive trends, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
+ Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and other cross-functional teams to support product launches, field initiatives, and educational programs.
+ Ensure compliance with all company policies, legal and regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.
+ Manage regional budget and allocate resources efficiently to maximize business impact.
Required Qualifications:
+ A minimum of a Bachelor's degree
+ A valid driver’s license issued in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States
+ A minimum of ten (10) years of relevant work experience, with a minimum of five (5) years of cross-functional experience in key commercial roles (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Strategic Marketing, Access/Payer, Analytics or Business Development) within the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or healthcare industry
+ Prior people management experience
+ Ability to lead, develop, coach, and engage high performing, diverse teams
+ The ability to travel up to 50%, which may include overnight / weekend travel
+ Candidates must reside within the stated region.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Cross functional experience beyond sales and sales learning & development, including in-line marketing and/or strategic marketing.
+ Healthcare industry or related experience, including pharmaceuticals.
+ Prior experience in sales as either a professional sales representative and/or District Manager.
+ Previous CAR-T experience.
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $162,000 to $279,450. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.

+ Vacation – up to 120 hours per calendar year
+ Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington – up to 56 hours per calendar year
+ Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – up to 13 days per calendar year of Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
