Are you looking for real-world experience that aligns with your future career goals and current course of study? Weyerhaeuser's Santiam sawmill in Lebanon, OR is currently accepting applications for 2026 Lumber Mill Summer Interns.

Weyerhaeuser interns perform real work that makes a difference in our business. We offer mentoring, hands-on work experience, and growth and development opportunities. Internships are approximately 3 months, depending on your schedule and company needs. You will work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

*We have positions in the following disciplines:*

* Mechanical Engineering

* Electrical Engineering

* Computer Science

* Environmental Engineering

* Construction

* Business

* Be at least 18

* Be able and willing to work a flexible schedule (most sites operate 24/7)

* Be currently enrolled in, or have graduated from, a bachelor's degree program at an accredited college or university

* Successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and physical

* Be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship

*Compensation:*We are targeting a pay range of $23.00 - $29.50 per hour based on class standing and major.
