Job Description
System Design and Modification: Initiate, design, or modify highly complex systems and procedures, creating technical specifications for financial systems with broad impact.
Business Requirement Analysis: Consult with Accounting Office, and Supply Chain Management to analyze business requirements and process needs, designing system solutions to improve business operation efficiencies.
System Integration: Perform complex analysis of system integration issues, creating and updating interface specifications between ERP and third-party systems.
Project Management: Lead project management activities on complex projects, overseeing support and training on new applications.
ERP Implementation: Participate in system design discussions and support the integration of Supply Chain functions within the new Oracle ERP platform, providing insights into best practices.

Skills and Requirements
4+ years as a Business Systems Analyst, with 2+ years in ERP Financials implementations (e.g., Oracle ERP Cloud, PeopleSoft, Workday, or Oracle R12)
4+ years in relational database, SQL, or system development life-cycle projects.
4+ years with Oracle Cloud Financials.
2+ years with PeopleSoft Financials.
Excellent project leadership and management skills.
Advanced knowledge of business and process analysis functions.
Demonstrated ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel at various levels in the organization.
